After purchasing a season ticket, the customer receives a thank you message with a link to a video in which they are presented as Hannover 96’s new striker by a reporter in an official “Sky Sports” studio. The complete business solution for the club was implemented on the basis of the fully automated “Movie-Creator App” from Wonderlandmovies. The customer receives an email with the already personalized video, which can be played on mobile devices. Customers can also create their own videos for friends via a mobile compatible front-end device. With this service Hannover has set itself the goal of committing fans and season ticket holders to the club for the long-term, and to also increase the number of season ticket holders.
